Shipping

All pieces are shipped Australia wide using a variety of trusted carriers.

For smaller artworks (less than 50cm) typically Australia Post Express with signature on delivery will be used. Pieces on paper are often rolled into a mailing tube for the safest transit. They are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and sent with a signed Certificate of Authenticiy from Katrina.

For larger artworks we may utilise a private courier company - often specialising in art transport.

In all cases you will be notified with the tracking details the moment they are provided to our team by the carrier. You will also receive a photograph of the wrapped artwork prior to dispatch so you can be prepared for the delivery & also see the condition.

All pieces are sent with additional warranty to cover potential issues during transit, including damage and loss of goods. Delivery will be arranged within 5days of purchasing the artwork, then a lead time will be provided to you. If there is any additional work on the artwork required (ie; custom framing for example), this will delay delivery and Katrina will discuss this with you.
